Order Policy
Order Processing Time
Orders are prepared within 7 to 15 business days, excluding Fridays.
During peak periods, public holidays, Eid, seasonal occasions, or special events, processing time may take up to 25 business days.
Order Modifications
If you would like to request a modification, such as a different color or a design adjustment, please write your request in the Order Notes section during checkout.
Requests sent through Instagram or WhatsApp after placing the order may not be accepted or considered.
Please note that fabric changes are not available unless the fabric option is specifically listed in our catalogue.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled after 5 hours of being placed.
Orders paid through Tamara cannot be cancelled after the payment has been completed.
Abaya Length and Measurements
Please note that the final abaya length may vary by up to half an inch (± 0.5 inch), depending on the design and production process. This is considered within the normal manufacturing tolerance.
Business Days and Delivery
Fridays are not counted as business or shipping days due to our official weekly holiday and the operating schedules of shipping companies.
Processing and delivery timelines are calculated using business days only.
